Instructions for fDimage.exe

1) Download fdimage.exe

2) Save it to a suitably convenient place on your Hard Drive. (we recommend C:\fdimage.exe as it is very easy to execute the program from there.

3) Save your choice of floppy disk images to the same folder you saved fdimage.exe

4) Open a command prompt (to do this you click on your start button, select run, and type command in the box that appears.

5) Change directories to wherever you saved the image files and fdimage.exe

6) At the command prompt (C:\>) type fdimage name_of_image_file.img A:

7) Wait for the floppy disk to finish writing.

8) Remove the floppy disk from the drive.

9) Insert the floppy you have just written into the floppy drive of whatever computer you wish to test UbixOS on.

10) Power on the computer (or reboot if it's already on) and enjoy the power of UbixOS!
