trying to move some tools from /bin to /sbin

added 'mv' utility -- better than linux! checks for out of disk space!

added the 'cat' utility.

forgot to free sys resources in systemtask.c - fixed;

improved scheduler and spinlocks. they are now much faster.

using the new syscall auth() for login!

need to fix the VFS function pointer structure to use sizeof() instead of ...

a static identifier that is consistant with the reverted change (the current
structure)
